the room was impeccably arranged and the location was easily accessible. the staff were very helpful and friendly especially ms amal she was attentive. room service was rich and flavorful.
check-in was not very smooth it took some time to get the third adult's id. the team could have checked in the infant and the mother first but it did not happen. the food was not worth it this time it was totally disappointing. we requested a high chair for the kid and the person forgot and handed over the chair to some other family.
